Paul Kasmin Gallery is pleased to participate in Frieze New York on Randall’s Island, 10 - 13 May, Booth C13. A selection of gallery artists will be exhibited including Taner Ceylan, Walton Ford, James Nares, Simon Hantai, Santi Moix, Ivan Navarro,  Mattia Bonetti, Saint Clair Cemin, Nir Hod, Deborah Kass, David LaChapelle, and Arne Quinze. In addition to exhibiting in Paul Kasmin Gallery's booth, Saint Clair Cemin will be featured in Frieze New York's Sculpture Park, with a new large-scale work entitled Fotini.

Taner Ceylan’s painting, Birth of Hope, from The Lost Paintings Series, will debut at Frieze New York. The entirity of The Lost Paintings Series will be on view at Paul Kasmin Gallery’s 515 West 27th Street location, opening 19 September. Paul Kasmin Gallery will present Walton Ford’s new watercolor, Trí Thông Minh, on view for the first time at Frieze New York. On the evening of 13 May, a new work by Walton Ford will premiere for auction at Christie’s as part of the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation’s “The 11th Hour Charity Auction,” a benefit for environmental and wildlife conservation. James Nares’ solo exhibition, ROAD PAINT, featuring works that explore an entirely new painterly technique will be on view at Paul Kasmin Gallery’s 293 Tenth Avenue location 8 May – 22 June. Nares' video, Street, is currently on view at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and will be exhibited through 27 May. Paul Kasmin Gallery will also present a selection of never-before-exhibited paintings by Simon Hantaï at 515 West 27th Street from 8 May – 22 June, which will coincide with a major Hantaï retrospective held at Centre Pompidou through 2 September 2013. Santi Moix will perform a live wall drawing during Frieze New York. Ivan Navarro, who recently exhibited alongside Olafur Eliasson, Dan Flavin, Jenny Holzer, and others at Hayward Gallery, London, will curate Paul Kasmin Gallery’s summer exhibition, Junkies' Promises, opening 27 June. Arne Quinze, known for his trademark sculptures made out of wooden planks will show new 3-dimensional wall works, sculpted in resin, titled Bidonville. Bidonvilles expand further on the artist's study of livability in today's context. Deborah Kass presented her historic "My Elvis" series alongside her first and last self-portraits from her "Warhol Project" in  My Elvis + at Paul Kasmin Gallery, 24 January - 23 February, 2013. David LaChapelle exhibited Still Life at Paul Kasmin Gallery, 26 November, 2012 - 19 January, 2013. LaChapelle will present a new series at Paul Kasmin Gallery's booth.
